I solved it on ono of my laptops, didn't watch what's on the other one yet. It was problems with .net I'll send details of laptop later today. Though I got one heavy visual bug, due to it I had to switch off atmosphere render entirely

Every time file stops downloading due to bad internet or when internet just disconnects for a moment, if I pause download and if any network mistake occurs. File downloading can't be resumed, it tries for a moment but then quickly gives "forbidden", if I try to restart it sends me to page...
