Solved Can shutdown uncontrolled rocket with "X" key

What Happened​

After decoupling the capsule, the remaining rocket continues to fire liquid engines as expected, and appears uncontrollable (as expected), but you can shut down the engine with the "X" key, but not the Shutdown button

What Was Expected​

I expected to not be able to shut down the engine

Reproduction Steps​

1. Create a rocket with a decoupler / command module between the fuel tank and capsule
2. Launch the rocket
3. Decouple the capsule
4. Switch back to the rocket and hit "X" on the keyboard
