Reaction wheels?

Is some kind of reaction wheel-based SAS on the planned feature list for KSA? On one hand, I feel like what we had in KSP was rather OP in a couple of ways, but on the other it would sure be nice to have some means of holding attitude that is stable, does not constantly consume fuel, and doesn't change your trajectory. Maybe just relatively weak ones? I'd be very interested to hear what RW's plans for this are, as well as what others in the forum think about having them.

You have actually described what we've been told to expect! Reaction wheels are planned and they are going to be much less potent than KSP's. They're really going to be for holding things in position long-term at very low torque, compared to RCS for more rapid motion and greater forces.
