Hello! First of all I would recommend trying to launch the most recent version of that game. The one you've listed is 4 months old now. Also the game runs on .NET 10 but on Windows you do not need to install it separately anymore. It is bundled in the game.

I have seen this myself several times in the same version and possibly the previous version.

I am going to scale up that chute roll about 20x and use it is an "inflatable hab" on a space station.
