    My very strong guess is you are running out of VRAM. Yes even with the specs you have. If you dial everything up. Especially the shadows. I recommend you dial them down and it will work.

    I suspect from what you have described is you had a PSU overcurrent protection even, or VRM fault or a thermal shutdown occur on your machine. Your hardware fits this profile: a i7-3770 platform (2012 vintage - with DDR3) paired with an RTX 3060 Ti whose microsecond transient spikes run well...
