What Happened​

Added fuel lines don't transmit fuel, nomatter how I connect them to the central tanks

What Was Expected​

outer tanks should empty before central tank

Reproduction Steps​

1. Command Pod with large tank + engine
2. 2x radial decoupler
3. same tank + engine on either side
4. add fuel port and lines to central tank
5. staging fires all 3 engines at once
6. see that all tanks empty at same rate despite the fuel lines
