Ground track window background doesn't scale in map view

What Happened​

The ground tracking window background only zooms when not in map view. In map view, the flight path and locations zoom and scale with scrolling but the background stays static.

What Was Expected​

The background should scale with the other elements in map view.

Reproduction Steps​

1. Open the game.
2. Open the ground track window.
3. Change to map view.
4. Zoom in and out in the ground track window.
