Manifest displays incorrect apoapsis and periapsis

What Happened​

The manifest displays the apoapsis and periapsis distance from the center of the body, instead of sea level, unlike the other displays of Ap and Pe.

What Was Expected​

I expected to see the same numbers as the regular display.

Reproduction Steps​

1. Have a ship in orbit
2. Open the manifest and compare the Ap and Pe
