Orbit changing with animated parts.

What Happened​

Orbit started to change by itself while opening/closing cargo bays, using Solar panels, and deploying/undeploying landing legs

What Was Expected​

Orbit would remain unchanged

Reproduction Steps​

1. Put down a capsule attach a cargo bay
2. Get into orbit
3. right click on cargo bay and time warp
4. Open and close cargo bay while time warping

Reproduction Rate​

Always, I got it to do it 3 times.

Additional Info​

• Solar panels seem to change it the most followed by the cargo bay and the landing legs.
• Orbit only changes while parts are moving.
• Orbits change even without timewarp

What Happened​

orbit of my satellite grew over time. it appears to be because of the foldable solar planels, because when they are removed the problem no longer occurs

What Was Expected​

orbits would remain stable over time

Reproduction Steps​

1. send a object into orbit with foldable solar panels

Reproduction Rate​

tried it a few times with the panels and it worked every time, and the problem never occurred without them
