radial decoupler plus inline decoupler lead to wrong staging

What Happened​

Built an asparagus staging rocket and used inline decouplers in the symmetry influenced parts, once a certain stage is reached the count of stages gets resetted so i'm suddely 3 or four stages up what i was supposed to be

What Was Expected​

The total number of stages should have remained the same

Reproduction Steps​

1. build a rocket with radial separators
2. add more stages to the radial separated rocket
3. ignite separate until a stage get lost
