What Happened​

current TWR is very much wrong

What Was Expected​

the TWR to be displayed correctly

Reproduction Steps​

1. build a rocket with fuel and engines and solid boosters on the same stage
2. Launch
3. throttle down, the twr will read zero but the rocket will keep accelerating due to boosters not being throttled
