Weird cliff/montain appearing on Phobos

What Happened​

I loaded a save file in which I'm landed on Phobos. Started rotating/panning around in map view and noticed a huge cliff appearing out of nowhere at a specific position on the moon.

What Was Expected​

No weird artifacts would pop up.

Reproduction Steps​

1. Load save file
2. Got to map mode
3. Start rotating around the moon

Reproduction Rate​

Always, at a specific camera angle
