Add a way to disable the camera smoothing.

It's way too strong and it's giving me motion sickness just looking around with how much delay there is to camera movement, it feels like playing the game at 5 fps even though I'm getting 80. I can't find anything in the settings, is there a way to tweak it in a config file maybe? If not the game is very hard to play right now.

This. I was thinking the game was running slowly, but it appears that its just the smoothing being waaay to high
