The download should start automatically when you reach the download page. A "Make a Donation" box appears in the middle of the screen - but you do not have to donate - it downloads anyway even if you ignore this box.

it couldve been some other reason. you need to follow and be pretty interested in ksp to know about ksa i believe. we should cut him some slack

They could have done better explaining it on that page. I thought the same thing at first. I actually gave a donation and still didn't see a download. I went to the ahwoo main page and got the free download button.
