Celestial Polar Earth

Polar Earth

Have you ever looked at the sky and gone, "Gosh, I really wish that the sun rose in the north and set in the south!"

...

.

No?

Well guess what? Even your unasked wishes get answered!

This mod creates a new solar system with Earth in a polar orbit!

In addition to this, the moon still orbits around the Earth normally, creating an interesting visual.

Now, with all of these cool things, how do you get it?

Congrats on being the first ever planet mod and second ever mod on the forums!! 🎉

Btw step 4 of the installation instructions is incorrect

It should be
[[mods]]
id = "PolarEarth"
enabled = true

Update 1.1

Changelog:
  • Instructions for manual install updated
  • Removed placeholder for ModLoader assisted install, a ModLoader is in no way necessary for this mod.
  • The planets now reference the Core for textures, reducing the file size by around 1.5 GB
  • I am now using MediaFire as the host for the mod. This allows me to hopefully see generally how many people are downloading the mod. (I like numbers ;p)

Let me know if you find any bugs!
