Alas. Application keeps failing to launch

Ahwoo Launcher installs, starts, and runs beautifully.
Downloaded KSA Version 2026.10.25.5707
I click Play and after 3 seconds, it says: "Application failed to launch. Try again later."

My system:
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 9600X 6-Core Processor (3.90 GHz)
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.1 GB usable)
Graphics card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (6 GB)
AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics (486 MB)
Storage 1,014 GB of 3.64 TB used
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition Windows 11 Home
Version 26H2

First:
- Ensure GPU drivers are up to date.
- Check for logs in Documents/My Games/Kitten Space Agency/logs
