What's Happening?​

When I Lunch the game I only see a black screen until I press the windows key to open the start menu and then I see the actual game in the background but then I press the windows key again and it all goes back to the black screen.

Already Tried​

I have tried running it as administrator and that did nothing.

Logs​

I don't have any logs windows found 0 faults in the game itself.

Hello and welcome to the forums!

Unfortunately the issue you’re having is due to your hardware. KSA is not currently compatible with Intel iGPUs and don’t have any ETA on when that might change. KSA currently needs a dedicated GPU with about 8GB of VRAM to run well.
