ONeil Cylinder Mod

ABOUT:
-A mod that adds the conceptualized ONeil Cylinder to KSA.
-The cylinder is a ginormous space craft in orbit of earth in the ONeil system.

INSTALLATION GUIDE:
-Put the ONeilCylinder folder inside of C:\Program Files\Kitten Space Agency\Content
-Edit the manifest.toml inside of C:\Program Files\Kitten Space Agency\Content to include the following:

id="ONeilCylinder"
enabled=true

-Your manifest.toml should look something like this:

id = "Core"
enabled = true
[[mods]]
id="ONeilCylinder"
enabled=true
