Subparts, Bayparts & (Universal) Storage

Little writeup is live on the site - plus an animated preview of the new service modules and resolved blocked out bay parts. Tried to be fancy and merge them all into a single turntable but came across quite busy. Might do them standalone, or just wait till they're in the game properly :)


Great stuff! I really liked the mini history lesson that both gave context for your Universal Storage as well as the approach for KSA! It's clear that you're developing the parts with an eye towards realism while also promoting interesting gameplay. :)

I thought the turntable animation turned out fine: a bit busy like you said, but still understandable. While I'm sure we as fans won't mind waiting the short while until this is in game, online model viewers like Trice or MocapWork could be worth looking into for Rocketwerkz steering meetings, if you want something a bit easier to visualize.
