Hey guys, Installed the build and selected the full solar system simulation, and upon loading into the game I am greeted with a very bright earth. This goes away when zoomed far out. Untested on other bodies.
Appears on Vulcan 1.3 and 1.2
Game version ksa_v2025.11.4.2791
My Hardware:
Windows 11
AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
32GB of RAM
AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT

Getting similar affects, currently running:
Intel Arc 130V integrated graphics card
Intel Core Ultra 5
Build ksa_v2025.11.4.2791

See the guy below me also has an intel card, probably not amd gpu related

I'm also getting the same issue.
OS: Windows
GPU: AMD 6900XT
CPU: Intel I-7 12700k
RAM: 32GB DDR4
Build: ksa_v2025.11.4.2791

UPDATE:
After getting the game to launch on EndeavourOS x86_64 I no longer get this glitch. However I get other forms of graphical glitches. Hardware is all the same.

Another bug here is your dark sky, there are weird black splashes around the stars.
Do you have a HDR monitor ? Because it looks like this bug report

Look at the two screenshots in the linked bug report. Should look like second screenshot.
Check the workaround. But if not using HDR, that may be another bug with AMD, not sure.

Occurs on both my HDR and non HDR monitor

Yeah I have the exact same issue. I've tried some other graphics settings and nothing seems to fix it so I assume its a bug connected with Vulkan and non-nvidia GPUs not having an option enabled by default or not available.

I have the same problem.txt
OS: Windows 10 22H2
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT
GPU Driver Ver: 32.0.21033.2001
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
RAM: 64GB DDR5
Build: ksa_v2025.11.4.2791

dont mind the white lines holes thats multisample x2, that will be in a bug report somewhere...

(Edit: other tone mappers will make earth black, eg linear tone mapper)

Thanks for the notes on the white squares being a multisampling thing; I'm in a similar state to you. I made a separate thread for that just now.

On the Vesses View the Earth is white

When i'm in the Map view, Earth appears like a white sphere, but if i zoom out, it turns normal

oh and some graphical glitches appere when i zoom out
1763100664353.png1763100674613.png

If I fly far enough with my rocket, it appears normal.

And maybe (I'm not sure, I'm not a game developer) it's because of Vulcan, because I've experienced similar things in other games where these weird... I don't know what to call them appeared, and with some things the textures were only loaded when you had gone far enough, but otherwise they were completely white.

And idk why, but the graphics of the Earth (on this distance) remind me of the game IXION

But i found a fix for the White Planet Problem:
Go into the Settings and Deactivate "Ocean"

And the... "anomaly" (still don't know how to call this), is coming from the manover node sphere

Same problem on my Arc B580. For me, it's not just Earth, but most of the bodies in the solar system. It doesn't seem to be related to whether they have an atmosphere or not.

My system:
AMD Ryzen 5 7500f
32GB RAM
Intel Arc B580
Windows 10

Running Vulkan 1.3
I'm not running any mods.
Game version is v2025.11.4.2791
