I had a very similar thing, got to spherical billboard loading and crashed to desktop. Since first run this is happening and does not matter the settings. I am including my dxdiag, aswell as the error shown in event viewer. This shall hopefully help. Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X RAM...
