Estimated preview of VRAM footprint in universe/texture size selection screen

Currently, it is not entirely clear what VRAM footprint will be required by each combination of texture resolution and universe settings. The texture settings are based on their own sizes, but this clearly does not add up trivially to the real footprint, and in any case the existence of different textures in different universes precludes a single value from texture settings alone. It is difficult to estimate the actual memory footprint of a given combination of settings, which leads to annoying experimental configuration ("does this combination load?").

Instead, I propose the computation of an estimate for each universe given the texture settings chosen.

As of now this is the largest issue with recommending the state of the game to many people.
For KSP-RSS there is a low, medium and high option, and you can add more mods to go even higher like clouds.
Some basic feedback on memory for both Vram and Ram would be useful. The game should not need to hold the tezture of another planet than the one you are looking at in VRAM, but it seems they have not implemented that optimization yet.
