Rover proving grounds at the space center. [Request]

As someone who often enjoyed making ground vehicles in KSP1, something that i have always wanted was a way to test rovers and the like on various types of terrain, ramps, banked tracks etc. It would be nice to have some type of proving grounds at the space center, could even be an unlockable building maybe that we could then 'launch' from. Bonus points if we could (somehow) also set gravity strength there manually to better simulate various bodies.
