I'll presume you meant to say "first" instead of "fourth", as this is the first on the KSA forums. Which I do partially agree with; however, the majority of combatants seem to still be actively fighting the third war. Based on this, I'd argue this is only another front of the Third Great Number War.
(However, the "KSA Front of the Third Great Number War" is a far worse thread name.)
