Idea for Vehicle control: use a CAD mouse. allowes for single hand 6-DOF control. Was watching Spacedock..the YT-channel not the mod website. and they showed a clip fron the Expanse

I have one of those Space Mouses. Yes i know that channel. I once offered them to work together but they laughed it off.

the screen setup is now finished. ive wired the workstations front panel jumpers into a WiP panel with flip up switches so i can start, reset,... it using those.
Im in wireing hell and i also hate dupond connectors

Wiring is always a hell, and I find Dupond not the right way. I mean it is fast but not holding. What I prefer for big installation is shrouded headers with ribbon cables. Of course it is not that flexible and you can't fit it to normal headers but much more stable and no crimping needed.

i couldnt find cables or plugs with the right amount of sockets. one end connects to the front panel on the mobo the other to an rj45 socket so i can use networking cable to rout it in the desk.

i dont own a bongo drum controlers but i do have a midi keyboard and dj controler that i used in the past for ksp.
