You are the first that I've seen! I imagine that once the build is out soontm then it will become clearer how translations will work - perhaps a KSA dev can share more light here.

The link on their website will take you to the Steam page. Technically, they end up with more of your money if you purchase the game on itch.io I'd buy it wherever it's most convenient for you, and that's probably Steam in order to get updates / achievements and so on.

One of the first things in KSA that stood out to me and felt super weird (in a great way) was having physics apply during really high timewarp. I've had some super long burn times playing RSS/RP-1 in KSP, and it's so nice knowing that you'll be able to warp through those in KSA
