    Flashing bugged cloud shadows on earth

    Same issue, fixed by turning off in settings: 'Graphics - Shadows - Clouds - Off' GTX 1080Ti Seems to be a pascal and earlier issue, funny thing is I can run this game at 60fps at 3440x1440 high settings, so my GPU isn't powerful enough, just old?
