How does one select another vessel as a target? I see there's a target mode for the HUD, so I'm eager to start practicing my orbital maneuvers and see if I can dock anything (or if docking isn't implemented yet, at least make them kiss in orbit).

Ex-KSP vet. I was involved in the early Kerbal -- version 0.7, back when all you could do was launch a fixed rocket and watch it fall back, since achieving an orbit wasn't even implemented yet. So looking forward to getting involved in KSA at the ground level, too. Not a rocket engineer but...
