When the build menu is opened (shift-E), the parts window closes immediately and/or doesn't display and/or flashes open and closed.
*Often causes program to freeze and crash (not-responding)*
Root cause: Window is immediately moved behind, and pops back and forth when triggering build menu.
Tired with different monitors and different resolutions, different refresh rates.
