Detachable windows lose their names in the title bar

What Happened​

When a window in the game is detached from the main window, the name in the title bar, such as "Ground Track" is replaced with "Window". The original name does not return when re-attached but does return if the window is closed and reopened.

What Was Expected​

The window should keep its proper name in the title bar even when detached.

Reproduction Steps​

1. Launch game and open a window like Ground Track or Target Track
2. Detach the window, notice the title bar has changed.
3. Re-attach, notice the name has also still not been restored.

Additional Info​

This only happens to windows which are not detached by default but can be detached, like Ground Track and Target Track. Pre-detached windows like Transfer Planner do not experience this.
