Engine Plates unusable

What Happened​

Since the most recent update, if I attach an engine plate to a fuel tank, the engine plate is upside down and I can't attach engines to the dedicated spots, only the single center attachment point on the reverse of the plate. Even if I use the rotate tool to flip it right side up, when I go to attach it it flips upside down again. (Not in video because I only just thought to try: if I use the rotate tool after attaching it, there is some z-fighting where it meets the fuel tank shell and the engine attachment points still don't work.)

What Was Expected​

Part is usable as intended and as in previous versions.

Reproduction Steps​

1. Launch KSA.
2. Open the Vehicle Editor.
3. Stack a capsule, cargo bay, and fuel tank.
4. Add a 3-way splitter engine plate, notice how it is upside down.
5. Try to attach four engines and fail. Try rotating the engine plate and fail again.

Update: while I don't think this is fixed per se, I'm able to use the plates by rotating them with WASD rather than the rotate tool. Using the rotate tool still causes them to flip upside down again when attaching, while rotating them with WASD makes them behave as you would expect.
