Question Extreme white flashing covering the Earth

This issue happens only when looking at Earth. The flashing mostly takes the shape of rectangles in the upper right of my screen, but the pattern is constantly changing and often covers the entire surface. It happens in map view as well as in craft view.

What hardware specs do you have and what settings were you using?

Processor: 16-core AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 7840U w/ Radeon 780M Graphics
Video Card: AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x15BF)
Windows 11 64-bit version 10.0.26100

My in-game settings were set to the default. I messed around with the menu settings, but the issue happened for 4k, 8k, & 16k. I tried changing some of the cloud settings, but that only made the clouds look dark in direct sunlight.
