Hunter's EVA jet pack goes "crazy" when in NUL Position mode is ON

WHAT HAPPENED vs WHAT WAS EXPECTED

• When Hunter's EVA jetpack is set to any NUL ROTATION mode, or enters nul rotation mode the jetpack continuously fires is quick succession indefinitely. This happens using any of the three sensitivity profile. AKA, EVA jetpack goes wild/crazy. (Jetpack RCS should fire only intermittently to hold position)

REPRODUCTION STEPS

• Start game.
• Switch control to Hunter
• Set nul rotation mode ON or use OVEL modes and wait till maneuver is complete and unit goes into nul rotation mode.
