Incremental update downloads

Now that we're getting updates to KSA, it would be great if only files that are actually changed from one update to the next have to be downloaded for each update. I assume this would be cost-saving for you as a provider as well. Keep up the good work!

You'll be pleased to know we're currently looking into an updater.

Interestingly, it wont make much of a difference for us in terms of costs as we do not pay for data egress while using Cloudflare R2 as our CDN.
