When I try to start KSA, double clicking the KSA.exe does nothing. The game just dont starting. Task manager show what game start on second and stopping/ I'm using Windows 10. This happens every time I try to run game.

Steps:
1. Start game
2. Look in Task Manager
3. Kitten Space Agency blinking on sec
4. Nothing happens - game process just stop.

AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1055T Processor 2813 MHz
Windows 10 x64
AMD Radeon HD 5670
1920 x 1080
MSAA: 2x 4x 8x
RAM 12286 Mb

That's 15 year old hardware with 1GB of VRAM on the GPU. I have no idea if it's even possible to get the game to run on that to be entirely honest. If you do get the game to run please do share.

Hey, you installed the DotNet 9.0 thing like the installer recommends too?
Don't worry, I got the exact same... weird no-show / insta-poof error on a high end PC (9800X3D + 3080Ti 12GB) but with Win10 + not latest drivers. I'm trying to get people with WIn10 and/or newish nvidia gpus to post their drivers when it works, and utterly fails like you, to figure out what exactly the executable hates Lol.

FYI, please do not ever expect KSA to run. And, you're not building a new PC anyways for a while because memory prices are a huge scam right now, it wouldn't be a good idea. Sorry basically :/

I'm playing on 576.80 from June 2025 on my GTX 1080 Ti and I don't have this problem, sometimes the game closes during the 1st launch of it than the 2nd try is always successful.
Current latest that I'm installing now is 581.57 to see if this changes anything.
