HI, I'm excited to try KSA but it crashes on start up and I see the following in event viewer:
Application: KSA.exe
CoreCLR Version: 10.0.25.52411
.NET Version: 10.0.0
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'Brutal.ImGuiApi.Abstractions.ConsoleLineColors' threw an exception.
---> System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'imgui' or one of its dependencies: The specified module could not be found. (0x8007007E)
at Brutal.ImGuiApi.ImGui.PInvoke.ColorConvertFloat4ToU32(float4* in)
at Brutal.ImGuiApi.ImGui.PInvoke.ColorConvertFloat4ToU32(float4* in)
at Brutal.ImGuiApi.ImGui.ColorConvertFloat4ToU32(float4& in)
at Brutal.ImGuiApi.Abstractions.ConsoleLineColors..cctor()
I've tried reinstalling setup_ksa_v2026.3.7.3848.exe, ensuring that ksa.exe is exempt from Windows security exploit protection, and the ransomware connection. I also tried creating a "my games" folder in Documents. Windows reports that it is up-to-date and that I have the latest display drivers.
Laptop spec:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10500H CPU @ 2.50GHz (2.50 GHz)
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU, 6GB VRAM, driver 32.0.15.7640
Any ideas for things to try next would be gratefully received.
