Imagine in the VAB. The UI has a vertical represenation of the Stages on the right, like in KSP. You can click into stages to expand them a bit and access the parts in them. But more importantly, next to the blocks representing each stage, there can be shown three curves:A brown curve (shrinking as it goes up) for how much mass fraction of the entire launch vehicle (as of time of staging) is lost over the course of burning all fuel available in this stageA purple curve (probably constant, different for solids) for how much thrust is generated instantaneously while this stage is burningA green curve representing TWR of the vehicle over the course of the burning of the stage. These three curves let you find:Oh man this particular stage is FAT and HEAVYActually my TWR < 1 during the start of this stage, which is not good since this is still an ascent stageMy thrust is 0? Oh lol all my fuel is set to drain down into the previous stage.
