QOL features for the console / commands

This feels like another one of those things that I imagine is on some internal to-do list but that I feel compelled to post about anyway.

It would be great to see additional QOL and general functionality in the console, especially with commands. Such as:

• Allow help to accept an argument of any other command name. Displays more info about the command and its arguments.
• Implement an autocomplete functionality. Pressing tab (for example) while typing a command or argument can autocomplete or cycle between possible options.
• Allow for the console background to have adjustable opacity, font size, line spacing, et cetera. There is conveniently already a "Console" tab in the settings!

There's probably more good ideas but I'll start with these.
