Solved Rings rocks changed after focus changed

What Happened​

Observation: Saturn ring rocks exibit a quantum phenomenon. When not looked at, they are able to move very fast. When observed, their probabilistic position is fixed and they stop moving. (#OuterWilds)

Seriously, just a small visual issue: when a vessel is in the rocks and doesn't move relative to them, changing focus and focusing back changes the rocks around the vessel.
Happen at 0.1x speed, 1x, but not at 0x speed (simulation stopped).

What Was Expected​

When changing focus, rocks stay at the same position as before the focus change.

I'm currently scrolling them in a "fake" view-dependent way (which is also why they don't orbit correctly in time compression), working on doing it the "right" way
