Telemetry window out of frame

What Happened​

In addition to all ui elements being crazy oversized by default, the telemetry window spawns out of frame to where I can't pull it down or resize it, on the top right.

What Was Expected​

Being able to reach the telemetry frame.

If I run the game at 1440p full screen I've also noticed the gages scaling a little on the large side, with telemetry peeking out the top.
