The post reply icon should be reserved for comments not reactions

There’s the profile icon for the thread poster and then the smaller profile icon for whoever has last interacted with the thread. Right now it can seem like someone has commented when that smaller icon has changed, but frequently it’s just that someone has liked a post.

IMHO it seems more logical for that smaller profile icon to be reserved for comments to easily tell if a thread has an ongoing discussion.
