Transfer Planner Heatmap tooltip shows despite not in window

What happeaned

I was resizing the Transfer Planner UI window and after i calculated a transfer I noticed that the tool tip from the heatmap was showing despite mouse not being in the window​

What is expected

No tooltip would show up​

Reproduction steps

1. Calculate a transfer to something
2. Resize the window so heatmap doesn't show
3. hover your mouse over where the heatmap would be if you could see the entire window
