Everytime I press F4 to open up the transfer window selection it opens up on the right of the screen and it's fully stretched up. If I then try to open the target drop down selection menu It starts bugging out, disappearing and reappearing constantly. When it's in this state I am unable to select anything from it.
If I then make the window smaller and move it somewhere else it works normally. If I stretch it vertically again in that new position it still works but when I move it back to the right it stops working again.

I apologize for the framerate, unfortunately OBS was unable to work properly while the KSA was consuming a lot of VRAM so it was unable to capture the actual framerate.
Another thing that can be seen in the video is the window bugging out in general. It jumps all over the place while being moved which is also quite annoying.
This issue could also be caused by the compatibility layer. I am playing the game on Linux so I'm using GE-Proton10-25 to run it which could cause this issue.
