Was attempting to land near a landmark on Venus, when a combination of manual RCS control at x100 (ish) speed sent me going at light speed (2.998e+8 m/s) to somewhere else.
I can confirm there was no red/blue light shifting or time dilation. Oh and no kittens were onboard at the time.
