Cannot alt tab when in fullscreen

[John John]

you can't alt tab when you have fullscreen selected

Similarly, when using borderless, it doesn't go over the taskbar.

Same, I have to use borderless so I can alt tab.

The alt tab actually works and switches the active/focused window, however the game keeps rendering itself on top of everything else.
For me this behaviour happens on Windows.
