Crashed after starting OBS to record

[Electric]

Was trying to record a bug occurring but when I tabbed back in after starting OBS, game was extremely laggy and eventually crashed. Attached the video file showing how it looked. First half of recording was black since it was causing issues for OBS as well, which itself had an "encoding error" and ended the recording prematurely.

I got a notification a bit after that the NVIDIA app itself also had a crash/some kind of issue. OBS didn't have an issue recording again after the crash.
