Have items show how you can acquire them

[Ropetrick6]

As it stands, it's unclear without prior knowledge how and where you can acquire items. By putting a small section in the codex of each item, you can clarify this.

Example:

Medical line
Acquired by: looting medical staches, medical vending machines, spawned with by medics and surgeons.

Screwdriver
Acquired by: looting engineering sources, mechanical toolboxes, spawned with by sappers and engineers

etc.
