Very slow / choppy timewarp

What Happened​

I put on timewarp waiting for a maneuver node set in a few days, and it took maybe half an hour to Auto time warp through it. I'm attaching the savegame.

What Was Expected​

I expected timewarp to happen quickly and smoothly.

Reproduction Steps​

1. Load up my savegame and hit Auto
2. Otherwise, I suspect it has to do with either the massive amount of debris (>100) in orbit, or more likely the few on the surface, as I got another error shortly, which I'm also going to post.

Reproduction Rate​

Sporadic, unless you use my savegame file.
