Error message: applying surface motion to a single vehicle in a non-CCF frame

What Happened​

I get a red error "applying surface motion to a single vehicle in a non-CCF frame" scrolling through the screen. If I deleted the debris on surface, it would go away.

What Was Expected​

Not to have an error scrolling on the screen.

Reproduction Steps​

1. Load up the savegame
2. Delete debris on the surface to fix.

Reproduction Rate​

Always with this savegame.
