A wild swarm of MISSINGNOs!
Yeah I'm at the point where right now I will enjoy messing around a bit, but I'm probably not going to start really pouring hours into it until ship building comes (and with it delta-v restrictions on craft.) That said I'm right there with you the bones of this game are very, very encouraging. It runs buttery smooth and the seamless transistions between vessels or map mode already make it stand out alot.I de-orbited one of the included capsules and realized that friction/heat/ionization graphics have not been implemented yet. Although I managed to splash down (without a chute) there was no detection of a vehicle crash. I know it's a "pre alpha" and what has been released is a very very bare bones version. This is why I only donated $20 and will donate more as new features are added. Oh and still, the simulation looks awesome despite current lack of "functionality" and "game stuff"!

I noticed the route planner has “Hohman” under like a “transfer type” or something button. I’m hoping this means late game maybe we can plan a brachistochrone transfer trajectory.Since the Rocket has insane amount of DV I tried Flying Brachisterone trajectory to the moon. messed up the fip point so had to do some coorection burns.
Oh I kinda miss those old KSP graphics. The ships looked more like toys and it fit the UI. I feel like when they did a pass on the ship graphics and made them more detailed, it stopped matching.Might as well show my fist Kerbal screenshot from Jan 2012

brachistochrone flight will become neccecarry once Interstellar travel gets added. and with late game torch drives its just the fastest way to get arund the solar system. I n the meantime we might be able to plan flight paths with constant low thrust accleration like Ion drives.I noticed the route planner has “Hohman” under like a “transfer type” or something button.
